Before the deadline of December 1, 2008 all our products were pre-registered.

Based on an inventory we performed, we can conclude that the deadline of 2010 for registration does not apply to any of our products. Therefore we are working towards the next dead line of 2013 for those products that are sold over 100 MTPY.

Axcentive is approaching REACH pro-actively supported by the Regulatory Department of Akzo Nobel. We are well on track. We are therefore confident that a registration of the relevant products before the 2013 deadline will be achieved. Since it is impossible to fully assess the final impact of REACH, we can at present say that we will do everything reasonably possible to register our whole product portfolio.
